Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and therapeutic support to youth within their home and community settings.
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans aimed at reducing problematic behaviors and fostering skill development.
Utilize evidence-based strategies to promote emotional regulation, social skills, and overall well-being.
Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and support systems to reinforce positive behavioral changes.
Conduct weekly sessions within the community or the youth’s place of residence, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Monitor progress, adjust treatment approaches as needed, and ensure the youth’s functioning is restored or maintained.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW, or equivalent) in the state of New Jersey.
Experience working with youth and families in behavioral health or mental health settings.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and family-centered interventions.
Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and provide consistent, high-quality care.

At ASAPP Healthcare, our Behavioral Assistance (BA) providers implement behavior modification techniques designed to address emotional and behavioral challenges in youth with moderate to high needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver interventions that help youth and their families develop and practice healthy coping strategies and positive behavioral techniques.
Focus on addressing target behaviors and improving emotional and behavioral regulation skills.
Implement individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering positive change in the youth’s emotional, social, and behavioral development.
Conduct weekly sessions in the community and/or in the home environment, ensuring that interventions are personalized and impactful.
Collaborate closely with families to enhance communication and reinforce progress outside of sessions.
Track and report on progress and outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure consistent growth and success.
Qualifications:
Must be certified as a Behavioral Assistance within 6 months of application in the state of New Jersey.
Experience working with youth and families to address behavioral and emotional challenges.
Strong understanding of cognitive-behavioral techniques, family dynamics, and behavior modification strategies.

Outpatient Therapist – Job Description
ASAPP Healthcare, in partnership with Amethyst Counseling Services, offers comprehensive outpatient therapy services both in-person in Atlantic County and via telehealth throughout New Jersey. Our Outpatient Therapists provide individualized therapy and related clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults in an office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, addressing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges.
Psychoeducational Activities: Implement psychoeducational interventions designed to meet the specific needs of clients, enhancing their understanding and management of mental health.
Client-Centered Approach: Deliver services through a client-centered approach, ensuring that interventions are intensive, time-limited, and goal-specific.
