Therapy doesn't have to happen in an office to be transformative. As an IIC Therapist with ASAPP Healthcare, you'll bring clinical expertise into the spaces where it can do the most good: a family's living room, a quiet park bench, a kitchen table after a hard week.
This role is built for licensed clinicians who want autonomy without isolation. You'll carry your own caseload, set your own schedule, and have monthly supervision and a team behind you when the work gets heavy.
What the work looks like You'll provide individual and family counseling to youth navigating significant emotional and behavioral challenges. Day to day, that means developing treatment plans, teaching skills like stress reduction and problem solving, attending Child Family Team meetings, responding to crises, and adjusting your approach as each young person grows. Sessions happen weekly in the home or community. Documentation and other non-service work can be completed remotely.
Who tends to thrive here Clinicians who are grounded in trauma-informed care, comfortable with cognitive-behavioral approaches, and genuinely curious about family systems. You'll need an active New Jersey license (LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or MFT) and a master's in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. A reliable vehicle and EHR fluency round out the practical side.
Compensation: $60 to $95 per hour, based on licensure and experience.

Some of the most meaningful work happens in living rooms, at kitchen tables, and on neighborhood walks. As a Behavioral Assistant with ASAPP Healthcare, you'll meet youth and families where they are (literally) and help them build the coping skills and emotional regulation tools that lead to lasting change.
This role is for someone who believes behavior is communication, who can stay grounded in a crisis, and who knows that real progress usually shows up in small wins before it shows up on paper.
What the work looks like You'll partner with each youth's Child Family Team to deliver individualized, in-home and community-based interventions. That means modeling healthy coping strategies, reinforcing progress with caregivers, attending team meetings, connecting families to local resources, and documenting your work along the way. Sessions are typically weekly, and your schedule has the flexibility a 1099 role allows.
Who tends to thrive here People who bring patience, cultural humility, and a steady presence. A bachelor's in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred but not required, and you'll need (or be willing to obtain within six months) New Jersey BA certification. A reliable vehicle and comfort with EHR documentation are part of the package.
Compensation: $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience and certification.

Outpatient therapy with Amethyst means a steady caseload of children, adolescents, and adults across New Jersey. You choose your modality (in-person at the Hammonton office, telehealth, or a mix) and you work within a client-centered, evidence-based framework that respects both your clinical judgment and your time.
What the work looks like You'll provide individual therapy tailored to each client's needs, blending psychoeducation with focused, goal-directed interventions. The pace is intensive but time-limited, meaning your work is built around measurable progress rather than open-ended sessions. You'll handle your own assessments, treatment planning, and documentation, with regular supervision and case consultation built in.
